What’s Included in the Outdoor Sessions?
1. Pre-Session Consultation
Before we head out for the session, we’ll discuss your expectations and ideas. I’ll suggest locations that best match your style and vision. If you have a specific concept in mind, we’ll refine it together. We’ll also talk about outfits, accessories, and any props that could add charm to your photos.
2. Location Selection
I’ll help you choose the perfect spot for your session – whether it’s a picturesque park, a serene forest, a seaside beach, or peaceful rolling hills. The location can be tailored to the season and your preferences, as well as the mood you’d like to capture in your photos.
3. Session Duration
An outdoor session typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, giving us plenty of time to capture a variety of shots. This allows you to feel at ease while we make the most of the day’s best light – especially during the magical golden hour.
4. Professional Execution
During the session, I’ll ensure you feel comfortable and natural. I’ll guide you through poses and help capture moments full of authenticity. Every shot will be taken with the goal of showcasing your beauty and emotions.
5. Final Products and Photo Selection:
After the session:
- I sort and select the best shots, which are then professionally edited.
-A gallery of edited photos is prepared for the client to choose from.
Gallery Presentation:

- The Client may view the full gallery of edited images either during a scheduled visit to the Photographer’s home studio, where the images are presented on a professional calibrated monitor, or via an online preview gallery.
- During the gallery presentation or via the online gallery, the Client selects their favourite images included in the purchased package.
- Following the photo session, the Photographer provides the Client with access to an online preview gallery protected with a watermark, solely for the purpose of image selection.
- The Photographer informs the Client of the time window during which the gallery remains active and within which the Client is required to complete their image selection.
- If the Client fails to select the images within the specified timeframe, despite prior notification of the gallery expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to select the images on behalf of the Client, in a quantity consistent with the purchased package.
- Images selected by the Photographer will be used for further order fulfilment, including final editing, printing, and preparation of physical products, where such items are included in the package.
- This procedure is necessary to ensure timely completion of the order, taking into account the time required for production, printing, and packaging, and shall not constitute grounds for complaint or refund.
- After the gallery expiry date, the Photographer is under no obligation to re-activate, extend, or re-send the gallery.
- Option to Purchase Additional Photos:
- If the client wishes to keep more images than the package includes, additional photos can be purchased at £15 each.
- The decision to purchase extra photos can be made during the viewing session.
Technical Process:
- All photos are displayed on my equipment, eliminating the risk of unauthorized screenshots.
- The client has ample time to review the images and make decisions.
Finalization:
- Selected photos are delivered in high resolution as digital files (via a secure download link or on a USB drive).
- Additional purchased photos are also professionally provided after payment.
6. Photo Delivery
You can choose from three packages based on your preferences:
5 photos: Ideal for a small collection of your favorite moments.
10 photos: A balanced selection that offers a variety of cherished memories.
15 photos: For those who want a more extensive gallery of beautiful moments.
Each package includes fully edited, high-resolution digital images. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional photos if desired, and all your images will be available in an online gallery for easy sharing with family and friends.
7. Printing Options
If you’d like, I can assist with ordering high-quality prints that will serve as a beautiful keepsake – from classic prints to elegant albums or canvas wall art.
